Cash cows: ? Gold found in animal's urine

Scientists in India claim to have found traces of gold in the urine of cows.
The Junagadh Agricultural University (JAU) team said the discovery comes from seven years of research on Gir cows.
The samples were taken from calves, pregnant cows and ones which had stopped producing milk altogether.
The results shows 10-30mg of gold in a litre of urine in all of the 500 samples.
It's thought that the findings could have great medicinal value and be used to cure illnesses.
Prof Aarvind Pathak, JAU vice-chancellor, told the Indian Express: "The Agricultural Research Council sub-committee on basic science has reviewed the findings of the team led by Prof Balu Golakia, and has concurred that traces of gold are present in the urine of Gir cows."
Adding: "Now we shall submit the findings of the team to other researchers for replication and further validation."
According to Scoop Whoop, the scientists are currently unable to explain why traces of gold are being found in the animal's urine.
It's not just gold that has been found either, tiny amounts of silver and calcium have been found, among other compounds.
